This playbook is designed for businesses and service providers who want to promote their products, services, or events within Collars' local Pet Care Hubs. Please review the following guidelines and pricing information before submitting your promotional post.

Important Information:

• Pre-Approval Required for Promotional Links:

  All promotional posts must be pre-approved by the Collars Pet Care Hub team before being shared with the community. Ensure your links are reviewed to maintain quality and relevance within the group.

• Scheduling Your Time Slot:

  Approved posts can be shared up to one hour after your selected time slot. If your slot is missed, you will need to resubmit and pay for a new Broadcast Pack.

• Eligibility and Guidelines:

  Please read the eligibility and guidelines below thoroughly to ensure your post meets the standards of our community and aligns with Collars' values.

• Ready to Submit?:

  When you're ready to submit your post, simply click ‘Order Now’ for the Broadcast Pack that best suits your needs.

📣 Why Promote with Pet Care Hubs

1. Eligibility

• General Eligibility:

  Only businesses, service providers, or event organizers that align with Collars' mission to offer pet owners ethical, sustainable, and inclusive lifestyle alternatives are eligible to post. The content should reflect these values to ensure the community benefits from it.

• Business or Self-Employment Registration:

  Businesses must be registered as a legitimate entity or as self-employed within the country of the local hub in which they wish to post.

• Pet Sitters:

  Pet sitters can post about their availability without prior approval, regardless of the chosen pack. Links to their personal profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or booking sites are allowed. However, links to personal websites (not platform profiles) will be treated as a Basic Pack Self-Post, and they will need to submit a form for approval.

• Other Pet-Related Businesses (e.g., groomers, trainers, pet food suppliers, events, etc.):

  All other pet-related businesses must obtain approval before posting promotional content. This applies to all packs selected. Content will be reviewed to ensure it aligns with Collars' guidelines.

2. Post Requirements

• General Post Guidelines:
  • Clear, Professional Content: All posts should be well-written, free from spelling or grammatical errors, and presented in a professional format.
  • Targeted to Pet Care: Posts must be relevant to pets, pet care, pet products, or pet services. Content must add value to the pet care community.
  • Honest and Transparent Information: Ensure that your post provides accurate details about your product or service, including pricing, features, and location if applicable. Misleading information will result in removal.
  • High-Quality Images: Images submitted should be high-resolution, clear, and accurately represent the business or product being promoted.
  • No Spam: Avoid repetitive, irrelevant, or overly promotional posts. Posts that violate this guideline will be removed.
  • Community-Focused Tone: Posts should have a community-oriented tone and should not read like direct advertisements. Posts should aim to add value or provide useful information to pet owners.

Note: Specific post requirements may vary depending on the selected promotional pack. A resource guide with detailed instructions for each pack will be provided upon selection.

3. Approval Process

• Pre-Approval Requirement:

  All promotional content must be pre-approved by the Collars Pet Care Hub team before it is shared with the community. This ensures the content aligns with our guidelines and community values.

• Approval Times:

  The approval process typically takes from 1 hour to 2 business days, depending on the complexity of the post and the selected pack. Please submit your content early to allow time for any revisions, if needed.

• Pack-Specific Approval:

  Different promotional packs may have distinct approval timelines and specific content guidelines. These details will be outlined in the resource guide for each pack. Please refer to the pack-specific guidelines for more information.
